摘要
为了适应电力市场的需要,建立了水电厂的报价辅助决策系统。主要讲述了水电的特点及竞价模式,构建了发电辅助报价系统的网络结构,并且对水电厂的报价辅助决策系统的主要功能做了详细的介绍。
In order to meet the requirement of power market, the assistant decision - making system for generation bidding of hydroelectric power plant is built. This paper mainly describes the characteristics and generation bidding model of hydroelectric power plant, constructs the whole network configuration of generation bidding assistant decision - making system, and introduces detailedly the main functions of the assistant decision - making system of hydroelectric power plant. The system adopts Internet technology, takes Windows series as its operating system, and applies the object - oriented programming design technique. The system design has been applied partly in actual hydroelectric power plant, and draws the anticipative conclusion.
