复方大黄制剂对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型记忆的影响 被引量:12

摘要 首次采用D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型进行记忆观察。结果显示,D-半乳糖组小鼠于3w、4w时在水中滞留时间明显比对照组延长(P<0.05),且具有一定的时效关系。复方大黄制剂通降口服液大剂组、小剂组小腹在水中的滞留时间都比造型组明显缩短(P<0.05~0.01),也具有一定的时效关系和量效关系。作者认为,D-半乳糖所致小鼠衰老病理模型能较好地反映自然衰老时的记忆特征,通降口服液对与衰老有关的记忆减退具有较好的改善作用。 Mouses subacute senility model as prepared by Subcutaneous injection of D-galactose, and treated by compound rhubarb preparation to observe the influence on mouse's memory, and compared with the control group. The results showed that the D-galactose model group obviously stayed longer in water than that of control group in the third and fourth week (P<0. 05), with positure time-effectiveness relation. It is saggested that mouse's pathological senility model caused by D-galactose can fairly reflect memory characteristic of natural senility , and the compound Rhubarb prepacation has good ameliorating effect on memorial decrease related to senility.
