多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测结果影响因素的多元分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测结果的影响因素。方法用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统检测121名健康体检者血清中12种常见的肿瘤标志物,并进行年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒与检测结果的多因素回归分析。结果多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄对CA242结果有影响(P<0.01),年龄和饮酒对铁蛋白结果有影响(P<0.05),饮酒对AFP结果有影响(P<0.01);多因素非条件Logistic回归结果表明年龄是影响CEA、FPSA、PSA的危险因素(P<0.01),吸烟是影响CA19—9的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒对多种肿瘤标志物蛋白有影响。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of multi-tumor Protein markers. Methods Using the Multi-tumor markers Protein Biochip Diagnose System to test the concentration of 12 common tumor markers in 121 healthy people and analyze the influencing factors by multiple regression. Results Multiple regression suggested that age was an influencing factor on the result of CA242, CEA, FPSA, PSA (P〈 0. 01) and Ferrtin (P〈0. 05) ,while alcohol the result of Ferrtin (P〈0. 05) and AFP (P〈0.01) . The variance in CA19-9 was affected by smoking (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Age, gender, smoking, alcohol were the factors influencing the Multi-tumor markers Protein.
