Effect of legionella pneumophila on NBT reduction of human neutrophils

摘要 以NBT还原试验微量比色法测定嗜肺军团菌对人体中性粒细胞氧化代谢的影响,发现经洗涤的活菌能激发嗜中性多形核白细胞(PMN)的NBT还原作用,而细菌培养物滤液在对PMN无细胞毒性的浓度表现抑制NBT还原的效应。 The effect of Legionella pneumophila on the oxidative metabolism of human neutrophils was demonstrated with a colorimetric microssay for NBT reduction. The results showed that the reduction of NBT of PMN was activated by the washed viable bacterial cells but inhibited by the culture filtrate at a concentration that had no cytotoxic effect on PMN.
