摘要
自猪肾皮质提取Ｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｉｌｉｎ（ＣｙＰ），建立了检测抗ＣｙＰ的间接ＥＬＩＳＡ试验。ＳＬＥ患者抗ＣｙＰ阳性率为５３．３％，显著高于类风湿性关节炎、桥本甲状腺炎与其他疾病患者。抗ＣｙＰ与抗核抗体或抗钙调素抗体之间无相关关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
An indirect ELISA technique for detecting anti-cyclophilin (anti-CyP ) autoantibody was established by using the CyP isolated from porcine renal cortex. The positive rate of anti-CyP of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) was significantly higher then that of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis , Hashimoto' s thyroiditis and others. No significant correlation was found between anti CyP and anti-calmodulin or anti-nuclear antibody (P> 0. 05 ) .
