摘要
给大骨节病病区13~15岁居民每日口服亚硒酸钠硒200μg,12周后测定红细胞硒含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性,红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能,血清RCIA调节功能和循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量,以探讨补硒对病区居民RCIA功能的影响。病区居民补硒后红细胞硒含量、GSH-px活性和红细胞C(3b)受体(RBC-C(3b)R)花环率明为提高,血清RCIA花环抑制率明显降低,但补硒对红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-IC)花环率、血清RCIA花环促进率和CIC含量无明显影响。研究结果说明:补硒可使病区低硒居民RCIA功能和血清RCIA调节功能恢复。
In order to investigate the effect of selenium (Se) supplement on the red blood cell immune ad-herences(RCIA)function of residents in a Kashin-Beck disease affected area,residents aged from 13~15 yearswere orally given 200 μg Se per day as sodium selenite for 12 weeks,and their erythrocyte Se contents and ac-tivities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px),RCIA function, serum RCIA regulatory functions and circulatingimmune complexes(CIC)contents were determined. Results showed that erythrocyte Se contents and theGSH-px activities of residents in the affected area markedly increased after Se supplements,at the same time,their rosette formation rates of erythrocyte C36R increased significantly, and the rosette formation inhibitoryrate of serum RCIA significantly decresaed;But no effects were observed on the rosette formation rate of ery-throcyte immune complex,rosette formation promotive rate of serum RCIA and contents of serum CIC. Thestudy demonstrates that RCIA fumction and serum RCIA reguratory function of residents with low-Se statusin a KBD affected area can be restored after Se supplement.
