摘要
建立毛细管气相色谱法测定维生素E软胶囊中维生素E含量的新方法。采用DB-1大口径毛细管柱,以十六酸十六醇酯为内标进行定量和以醋酸乙酯为溶剂。维生素E的线性范围为0.5￣2.5mg·mL-1(r=0.9995),精密度为0.82%(n=6),回收率为99.6%。本法简单,准确,重现性好。
To develop capillary GC new method for determination of the content in Vitamin E soft capsules.Using DB- 1 wide bore capillary column with palmitie acid hexadeeyl ester as the internal standard and ethyl acetate as the solvent. The linear concentration region of Vitamin E was 0.5-2.5mg · mL^-1 （r = 0.9995）. RSD 0.82% （n=6）. The average recoveries of Vitamin E was 100.1%. The method is simple, accurate, reproducibility.
