摘要
本文首先介绍了细胞电穿孔的基本原理和天津理工大学自行研制的基因脉冲导入仪,重点介绍了细胞电穿孔诱导基因转移在动物细胞、植物细胞、细菌、酵母上的应用及电穿孔技术的一些特殊应用。基因脉冲导入技术应用前景十分广泛。
In this paper the Gene pulser transfection apparatus is described, which is made by Tianjin university of Technology. The theory of electroporation is also introduced oWe emphasize the application in many respects such as electroporation of mammalian cells, plant cells, bacteria, yeasts. The application prospect of Gene pulser transfection is very extensive.
