乡村慢性疾病调查及社区护理模式

Investigation of chronic disease in the countryside and research of community nursing model

目的探索乡村社区护理模式,使乡村在有限的条件内开展社区护理。方法对3483名村民进行慢性疾病基线调查后,对1137名患有慢性疾病的患者在设置的护理工作模式下进行护理干预,并对干预效果进行评价。结果进行护理干预后,慢性患者对社区护理的认识和需求、防病保健意识、疾病的治疗效果、心理功能等有明显提高和改善,而且均明显优于护理干预前(均P<0.01),同时降低了年均医疗费用。结论该社区护理工作模式适合乡村,在乡村开展社区护理是可行的,也是必要的。

Objective To make research on community nursing model in the countryside to perform the community nursing in the limited conditions. Methods 3 483 farmers were basically surveyed for chronic disease, then the nursing intervention was conducted in the 1137 farmers with chronic disease under the established community nursing model and the effects of intervention were evaluated. Results The knowledge and needs of farmers with chronic dise.ase towards community nursing, awareness of preventing disease and health protection, the effects of treatment and psychological function were improved significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）between before intervention and after intervention, and the average - year medical expense of the farmers was reduced. Conclusion This community nursing model suits the features of the countryside,and it is practical and necessary to carry out the community nursing in the countryside.
