Investigation of Scroll Compressor Design

从几个基本方面讨论了涡圈基本几何参数的选择问题以及涡圈的设计计算步骤；分析了动涡盘防自转机构的强度计算特点以及涡盘结构特征参数的问题。

Under some considerations, three key parameters of the scroll are selected and other parameters, such as displacement volume, discharge geometric volume and volumetric ratio are formulated. On the basis of the choice of the three parameters, the design and calculation program is introduced. The anti-rotation mechanism strength is also analysed.
