现代人力资源管理强调始终把人才当作企业的最宝贵财富,吸引、保留、激励并开发人才是人力资源管理的主要目的。企业文化是人类先进文化的重要组成部分。加强人力资源管理与开发,彰显新型的管理机制、高品位的文化氛围以及协调发展的分配体系,已成为企业文化建设的重要内容。坚持“以人为本”是现代人力资源管理和企业文化建设的根本出发点和落脚点。
