膝半月板损伤的MRI诊断

MRI diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury

目的探讨膝关节半月板损伤的MRI临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例膝关节半月板损伤的MRI表现,并按Mink和Fischer方法进行分级。结果28例56个半月板中有38个损伤,其中Ⅰ级损伤8个,Ⅱ级损伤16个,Ⅲ级损伤14个(经手术证实)。结论MRI对膝关节半月板损伤具有很高的诊断价值及临床意义,可以清晰地显示半月板的形态、位置及其信号的变化,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据,是目前诊断半月板损伤最好的检查方法。

Objective To explore application value of MRI in diagnosis of meniscus injury. Methods 28 cases of meniscus injury were reviewed retrospectively and divided into different degrees according to Mink and Fischer methods. Results Meniscus injury was seen in MRI in 38 of the 56 menisci of 28 patients, there were 8 with Ⅰ degree meniscus injuriesl6 with Ⅱ degree injuries,and 14 with Ⅲ degree injuries （confirmed by orthopedic operation）. Conclusion In term of diagnosis of meniscus injury in the knee, MRI has great value and clinical significance. It can clearly display the change of shape, position and provide reliable evidence for the clinical treatment. Up to date MRI is considered the best method in diagnosis of meniscus injury.
