摘要
基于韩礼德和哈桑的语篇衔接和连贯理论,本文采用语言学统计方法,对226名非英语专业学生商务英语证书(B E C)作文中的衔接手段进行分析研究,结果表明:优作文衔接手段的频度分布比次作文的高,在衔接手段类型中出现频率较高的是连接,其次是照应。可见,衔接手段对商务英语写作有一定影响,因此,在商务英语证书(B E C)写作教学中应予以重视。
Based on Halliday＇s theory, this paper compares the features of the cohesion and coherence in 226 Chinese college students＇ Business English writing by using linguistic statistic method. It is tested and confirmed that the frequency distribution of cohesion is much higher in good compositions than that in poor ones. Among the cohesive ties, conjunctions contribute most and lexical cohesion ranks the second. Therefore close attention should be paid to them and textual cohesions are significant in teaching Business English writing.
