The Theory of Organizational Justice and Its Revelation on Management Practice

摘要 本文对组织公平性的组成成分、判断标准以及作用背景的理论与实证研究进行系统地综述,探讨我国企业增强员工公平感的机制,为我国学术界深化组织公平性研究提供借鉴。 Based on the theories and empirical researches, the author reviews the components,judge criterion and backgrounds of organizational justice, analyzes the ways to improve employees' sense o f fairness, and proposes some suggestions for improvement of organizational justice research in China.
