新建高职院校改革与发展的几点思考

一所新建的高职学院,在机遇和挑战面前,应正确分析自身的优势,认识转型中的矛盾和困难,以转变教育思想观念为突破口,抓住有利时机,以就业为导向,立足广西地方经济和行业发展,明确学院办学定位和办学思路,发挥优势,服务社会,深化教育教学改革,采取了一系列有效的措施,取得了较好的成绩,基本完成了由中专教育向高职教育的初步转型,学院的发展实现了新的突破。

Guangxi Vocational and Technical Institute Industry is a new higher vocational institute. Facing the opportunities and challenges, the institute should analyse its advantages, know the contradiction and difficulties in the formation changing, grasp opportune time by making a breakthrough in changing educational ideas, keep a foothold in local economy of Guangxi with taking employment as guide, make clear the orientation and the thought of running schools, give full play to advantages, serve the society and deepen educational and teaching reform. We took a series of effective measures and made better achievements. The institute completed the change from secondary technical education to vocational education and made a new breakthrough in the institute＇s development.
