A Research on Self-organization in Vocational Guidance System of University

本文基于自组织理论,研究了高校职业指导系统的开放性和非平衡性特征,揭示了涨落对该系统自组织演化的作用,并结合实际,探讨了该系统自组织演变的过程和方向,给高校职业指导系统建设以启迪和促进。

In the article, the features on opening and unequilibrium in vocational guidance system of university were discussed, the role of fluctuation for self--organization evolution of the system was revealed, the process and direction of self--organization evolution of the system were approached with reality on the basis of the self--organization theory. The aim was to gain inspiration and advance for building the system.
