摘要
人力资源是当今社会最重要的资源,也是最富竞争力的资源。人力资源管理与开发问题已经成了制约和影响新建本科院校生存、持续发展的“瓶颈”,如何突破瓶颈,走出困境,解决新建本科院校人力资源管理与开发的难题,本文对此试作探讨。
Nowadays human resources are the most important and competitive, whose administration ana development have become “bottlenecks” of restricting the existence and sustained development of newly-- built universities. The paper focuses on the way to break through the “bottlenecks” and to successfully ad- ministrate and develop human resources.
