勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德。建设节约型社会,是中华民族勤俭节约传统美德的继承和发扬,也是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要保证。不仅是对传统美德的继承和发扬,也是社会持续、健康发展的需要。
To build up a society of thrift is an important guarantee of realizing the sustainable development of the economic society, and a succession and development of industriousness and thrift which are the traditional virtues of the Chinese society.
