镶嵌型自润滑滑动轴套在铲运机上的应用

Application of inserted type solf-lubricating sliding journasleeve in LHDs

对镶嵌型自润滑滑动轴套进行了研究，首次将它应用到铲运机工作机构中，结果表明，采用该轴套会不仅能够提高轴套本身的耐磨性，而且能提高与其相配轴的耐磨性，从而使整个摩擦副的耐磨性提高7倍左右，表现出优良的摩擦学性能和极好推广应用前景。

This chapter researched the inlay self-lubricating sliding bearing ,and first application inthe scraper working mechanism. Result showe:application inlay self-lubricating sliding bearing not only improvde the antiwear of bearing itself,but also improved the antiwear of axle coupled with bearing.So,it can improved the antiwear of the tribo-couple seven time,It shows the excellent tribological characteristic and applica-tion prospects.
