介绍了耳机支架模具的设计过程。采用点浇口形式,提高了产品的表面质量;采用斜滑块内、外侧向抽芯及斜顶块结构,模具布局合理,解决了出模难的问题。
The design process of earphone bracket mold is introduced. The surface quality of the products is improved by using pin-point gate type, and by applying inner and outer side core-drawing and slanting ejecting block mechanism for slanting slide, the mold＇s distribution is feasible, as well as the difficulty in the extruding mold is solved.
