摘要 用X射线衍射法研究了Pb[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)(Sn1/3Nb2/3)](ZrTi)O3体系压电陶瓷的结构.探讨了微量元素掺杂对材料晶胞参数的影响,以及电极化前后的状况结果表明:样品均为四方相钙钛矿型结构;掺杂微量元素后晶胞参数略有变化;极化使角区发生90°旋转,微应变增加。 The structure of piezoelectric ceramic in Pb[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)(Sn1/3Nb2/3)](Zr,Ti)O3 system was studied by XRD. The effect of added micro element to the lattice constants was also studied.The emphasis was the research of the situation of the samples unpoled and poled. The result shows that the samples are of the tetragonal perovskite-type structure. The added micro elements have effect on the lattice constants. The domain has the 90° rotations and its microstrain increases after being poled.
