摘要
为了回收工业水、生活水在生产过程中形成的反洗水、排泥水,采用混凝—压滤技术将反洗水、排泥水回收。压滤采用美国麦王技术。通过向含有污泥的反洗水、排泥水中投加高分子聚合电解质聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),在沉淀浓缩池分离出上清液和污泥水;上清液作为工业水源水再利用;污泥水经带式压滤机脱水,泥饼按固体废物送工业垃圾厂填埋。
Uses coagulation-filter press technology to recover backwash and mud water from industrial water and sanitary sewage. High molecular polymerized electrolyte PAM is added into backwash water and mud water, then separate upper clear water from muddy water in coagulation concentration pool. The upper clear water is recycled and used as industrial raw water, while the muddy water is pressed with belt-filter, and the mud cake pressed is sent to industrial dump to be buried as solid waste.
