The quality of the reforming gas will directly influence the output and production cost of methanol in methanol production, yet the quality of the reforming gas mainly depends on the activity of the reforming catalysts and their operating conditions. No doubt, how to optimize process conditions, to make full use of catalyst activities and prolong their service lives on the basis of improving catalysts, performances has a significant sense.
