Design of Data Acquisition System with High Accuracy for Accelerometer Signal

摘要 针对加速度计信号精度高、动态范围宽的特点,设计了一种24位串行A/D的数据采集电路,对该电路的原理、硬件结构、器件选择与应用等方面进行了介绍,软件给出单片机数据采集软件流程。实测结果表明:该电路具有实时性、高精度、大动态范围等优点,具有较高的实用价值。 According to the characters of large dynamic measurement range and high accuracy of accelerometer signal, a kind of data acquisition circuit with 24-bits serial A/D was designed in this paper. Circuit design method, hardware constitution, the selecting and application of apparatus was introduced in this paper. In the aspect of software the flow chart of the design about single-chip microcomputer data acquisition was given . Through the real test, it indicated that the data acquisition circuit was of great practical value with the specific features of high accuracy, real-time performance and wide dynamic range.
