多孔性金属薄层的泡核沸腾试验

摘要 对自制的多孔性金属薄层的泡核沸腾传热特性进行研究.试验采用单管沸腾装置,管内使水沸腾汽化,管外用电加热.在试验的温差下,多孔覆盖层表面的沸腾传热膜系数为光滑表面的2.22倍,泡核沸腾起始温差从3.9℃降至2.1℃.作者还分析了多孔覆盖层表面强化沸腾传热的机理,并提出沸腾传热膜系数与温差关联式. The flow boiling heat-transfer on porous coating surface has been studied, in which single tube boiling apparatus is adopted and water is heated to boil by electricity around the testing tubes. The boiling heat-transfer film coefficient on porous coating surface is 2. 22times in comparison with those on smooth surface, and nucleate boiling starting temperature difference decreases from 3. 9 ℃ to 2.1℃ within the range of testing temperature difference.Furthermore, the mechanism of enhanced boiling heat transfer on porous coating surface is analysed comprehensively and the connecting formula between boiling heat-transfer film coefficient and temperature difference is presented.
