老年术后认知障碍研究现状 被引量：12

摘要 老年人术后常出现中枢神经系统的并发症,表现为精神错乱、焦虑、人格的改变及记忆受损,这种手术后人格、社交能力及认知能力和技巧的变化称为术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD).按照美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)标准对认知功能障碍的分类,POCD属于神经轻度认知功能障碍(mildcognitiveimpai rment,MCI),其特征是由一般的医疗处理引起而不属于谵妄、痴呆、遗忘障碍等临床类型,最重要的是其诊断需神经心理学的测试.
