道路运输业系统适应性评价方法研究

Research on the Appraisal Method about the Adaptability of the Road Transport Service System

论文介绍了道路运输业适应性评价的三个层面,确定了适应性评价尺度,进行评价指标的选取取值计算。利用层次分析法和模糊评价法进行适应性评价,并将评价方法应用于实例,为系统决策提供了科学的方法途径。

This paper analyzed the transport service adaptability appraisal from three aspects; confirmed the appraisal criterion of adaptability, choice and calculate of evaluation index and the adaptability appraisal utilizing the analysis approach of the level and fuzzy evaluation assessment. It also introduced application of the appraisal method, which provide scientific method for system policy.
