摘要
声光可调滤波器(AOTF)是未来全光网络中实现波长路由选择的首选器件,为制作该器件必须首先完成驱动模块—射频电路的设计。介绍了一种用于中心波长为1 500 nm的波分复用光网络的声光可调谐滤波器的驱动系统的设计方案。该方案基于锁相环和单片机控制的原理,以大规模集成芯片MC145170为中心,配以低通滤波、压控振荡器和单片机频率控制系统。以这种方式设计的射频电路覆盖了1 500 nm^1 600 nm的光谱范围,能实现1nm的波长调谐,具有结构简单、操作方便、稳定性高等特点。
The acousto- optic tunable filter (AOTF) is the main device to provide wavelength routing in all - optical network. The manufacture of AOTF requires high quality RF control circuit. This paper introduces our design of RF circuit suitable for 1550nm WDM optical network. It is based on the theory of phase -locked loop(PLL) and single -chip microcomputer, consisting of a LSI circuit MC145170 as the centre of the synthesizer,a loop filer,a voltage -controlled oscillator and a monolithic computer control system. Our design described in this paper is possible to cover the range 1 500 - 1 600 nm. The resolution can be set to 100 kHz. It is compact, easy controllable, and with good stability.
