摘要
以CCD为探测器,着重讨论和分析了测量系统中光谱仪的狭缝宽度、光栅参数和CCD像素尺寸对系统分辨本领的影响。通过测量低压汞灯的特征光谱,分析不同狭缝宽度对光谱分辨本领的影响。得到以下结论:测量系统分辨本领由狭缝、光栅和CCD三者中分辨本领最低的环节确定;系统的最高分辨本领由光栅或CCD像素尺度决定;系统达到最高分辨本领时可能存在一个最小狭缝宽度。
In this article ,a linear CCD ( Change Coupled Devices ) is employed as a detector. The change of the slit width , the parameters of grating and the pixel dimension of CCD that affect the resolving power of the measuring system are discussed. By measuring the characteristic spectrum of the Hg illuminant, the resolving power of the spectrum is effected by different slit width is analyzed. The results are as follows : the resolving power of measuring system is determined by the lowest resolving power of the slit, grating and CCD ; the highest resolving power is determined by the grating or CCD pixels size; The minimum slit width may be existed as the resolving power of the system up to the highest one.
