This article analyses the factors that the first heat exchanger ot the transtormation section is corroded in the production of nitrogenous fertilizer. A improved technology is taken to prevent corrosion in accordance with these factors ,and the article carries out analyses theoretically on the question about the taken method . Through analyses ,the improved technology is testified workable ,it can prevent the first heat exchanger from corrosion .
