结合当前高校发展的压力与挑战，提出加强教学服务质量是关系高等院校存亡的大事。借鉴服务管理学中的服务质量模型和测量工具，建立科学的高校教学服务质量观，并提出管理启示。
Combining pressure and challenges on contemporary college development, this paper points out it is vital for colleges to strengthen their teaching qualities. In addition, it advise to establish scientific teaching service quality viewpoint and introduces management suggestion , by making use of the quality models and measure tools grown in service management subject.
