摘要
对脑缺血及缺血再灌流动物模型的局部脑组织超微结构观察的结果表明,脑缺血再灌流组神经细胞和毛细血管的超微结构损害远较单纯脑缺血组严重,阐述了缺血再灌流损害的主要机理及临床上对缺血性脑血管病患者应尽早给予钙通道阻滞剂及自由基清除剂的重要意义。
The ultrastructural observation of loccal cerebral tissue of cerebral ischemia animals and cerebral reinfusion animals showed that the neurocytes and capillaries of reinfusion animals underwent more severe injury than those of cerebral ischemia animals. The main mechanism of impairmant of cerebral reinfusion injury is proposed and the significance of treating patients of ischemic cerebral diseases with Ca^(2+)-blocker and free radical scavenger as early as possible is explained.
