摘要
本文通过调查分析秦皇岛地区公共图书馆发展的现状及存在的问题,就加强秦皇岛地区公共图书馆的发展建设提出建议。
This article put forward some advices about strengthening construction to public libraries in Qin - huangdao , through investigating and analyzing the present condition and problems.
