摘要
文章介绍了利用纳米技术对纯棉织物进行防污（拒水拒油）功能性整理的基本原理，对纳米整理剂的纳米粒度进行了表征，对各种工艺因素对纳米防污整理的影响进行了系统的分析，利用正交实验分析优选得出纳米防污整理的最佳工艺，采用国家标准方法对织物拒水、拒油性能进行测试评价表明：所整理的织物拒水、拒油性能均达到了理想的应用效果。该技术应用成本低，具有广阔的应用前景。
The basic principle of functional finishing using the fabric for the oil-and-water repellency is introduced in the paper. And the factors, including the dosage of the finishing agent, the temperature and times of drying, etc as well as their influences on the dirt repellent function are discussed respectively. Meanwhile, the optimized process of the treatment is obtained from the analysis of the data from the orthogonal experiment. The test methods of the experiments are taken by national standards, which ensure the reliability of the final conclusion.
