摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备了强磁性的Ni掺杂Fe3O4纳米磁粉。采用X射线衍射仪、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、傅立叶红外-拉曼光谱仪、透射电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计对掺杂Fe3O4纳米粒子进行了物相结构和磁性能表征。结果表明,掺杂Fe3O4磁粉的粒径在20nm左右,其比饱和磁化强度(σs)可达114emu/g,大大超过了一般Fe3O4纳米磁粉的比饱和磁化强度(σs),并进一步分析了掺杂Fe3O4纳米粒子的磁性能有较大提高的原因。
The Ni doped Fe3O4 magnetic particles with strong magnetism were prepared by chemical co-precipitation. The synthesized magnetic particles were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), Inductively Coupled Plasma Action Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), The results show that the diameter of Fe3O4 doped particles is about 20 nm, and the particles have high saturation magnetization (114emu/g) which is observably higher than ordinary ones, Furthermore, the reason for high advanced saturation magnetization is analyzed.
