戴氏绿僵菌提取物对小鼠免疫调节活性的初探

Preliminary studies on the immunological modulation in mice of extracts from C. taii Liang et liu

目的 研究戴氏绿僵菌茵丝体、培养液上清中生物活性物质对小鼠的免疫调节作用。 方法 淋巴细胞转化试验采用MTT法。抗体生成采用溶血分光光度法。结果 戴氏绿僵茵培养液、菌 丝体中提取物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有有丝分裂原的作用。戴氏绿僵菌培养液中提取物对小鼠脾B 淋巴细胞分泌抗SRBC抗体有显著抑制作用。结论 戴氏绿僵菌提取物对脾细胞具有有丝分裂原的 作用,抑制抗SRBC抗体生成。

Objective To investigate the effects of the biological active substances from the culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu＇s anamorph on immunological modulation. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the ability of transforming lymphocyte. Haemolysis spectrophotography was used to evaluate the antibody generation. Results The extracts from culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu＇ s anamorph had the effect of mitosis. They inhibit the secretion of anti SRBC antibody from the spleen lymphocytes. Conclusion The extracts from culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu＇s anamorph have the effect of mitogen. They inhibit the secretion of anti SRBC antibody.
