几种防腐剂对常用内服液体制剂防腐效果的研究

目的验证不同防腐剂对几种常用液体制剂的防腐效果。方法将5种微生物接种在含不同防腐剂的不同液体制剂中,在30分钟及10天后进行卫生学检查。结果pH>9的液体制剂几乎无微生物生长;在不含防腐剂的液体制剂中,大肠杆菌不生长,金黄色葡萄球菌和霉菌部分生长,枯草芽孢杆菌和酵母菌普遍生长。结论防腐的目的应重在抑制枯草芽孢杆菌和酵母菌的生长,对这两种微生物作用较强的防腐剂依次为醋酸洗必泰>杜灭芬>山梨酸>苯甲酸。

Conclusions The purpose of the antisepsis should be restain the withered grass bud afterbirth rod bacteria and the growth of the yeast funguses, but the function to these two kinds of antiseptics one by one is acetic - xibisu 〉 du miefen 〉 sorb - sour 〉 the benzene sour.
