摘要
公共政策的目的在于调整和规范社会利益结构,以促进社会,经济健康,快速发展,从根本上有利于实现最广大人民群众的根本利益。在公共政策执行的过程中,出现了各种政策执行失灵现象,因此,有必要在探析公共政策执行失灵原因的基础上寻求解决问题的对策,从而保证公共政策的顺利实施。
Public policy aims at regulating the structure of interests to promote the healthy and rapid development of society and economy. Public policy basically benefits to the fundamental interests of the most people. There are many failures in carrying out the public policy. It is necessary to analyze the reasons for the failures in order to solve problems and put public policy in practice.
