继续学习能力和文献知识创新能力是构成人才生存能力的两个重要方面。在人才成长过程中,高等教育占据了其生存能力培养的重要阶段;高校图书馆应致力于对大学生继续学习能力和文献知识创新能力的培养。

The viability of persons with ability is eomposed of two parts ：the ability of learning sequentially and the ability of innovating the knowledge of literature. Higher education is an important stage in which the viability of the persons with ability is cultivated. University libraries should strive for the cultivation of the two abilities of college students.
