摘要
进入21世纪后,中国证券市场开始了一场大规模、深层次的市场变革,交易规划、市场结构、上市程序、风险监控、市场监管等无一不在变化。作为券商主要收入来源的经纪业务首当其冲。佣金自由化、市场构成中散户比例缩减、机构增加等,都对券商提出了新挑战。为此,券商应适应证券市场的新要求,以机构客户为导向,调整自己的证券经纪业务流程,并重组自己的组织结构以获得核心竞争力,从而在今后的竞争中获得优势地位。
China's securities market has been experiencing an extensive and deep reform in the new century.Almost all factors of the market including transaction rules, market structure, listing procedure, risk regulation, are now changing.As the main income source of security companies, the brokerage business was affected by new challenges including deregulation of commission rate, decrease of the proportion of small investors and increase of competitors.In order to adapt to the new changes of security market, security companies should adjust the brokerage business procedure and reconstruct their organization system based on the concept of "clients-oriented", so as to gain capability of core competence.
