摘要
本文从聚丙烯和聚酯的分子结构入手,分析比较了它们在熔融、挤出、气流牵伸过程中的不同特性表现。为改进生产工艺、明确产品方向提出了见解。
Polypropylene and polyester are two main materials of spunbonded nonwoven fabric. Owing to the differences in their molecular structures, they have different performances in spunbonding web formation, which not only requires individual production equipment, but also limits the products range for the two fibres. The article compares and analyzes the above cases.
