摘要
针对高淬透性弹簧钢在空冷状态下硬度易超标问题，通过优化组织生产，控制轧制节奏，利用保温罩等措施，适当降低其冷却速度，使产品硬度得到控制。
The hardness of high-quenched spring steel is easily over standard during air cooling. The hardness can be controlled by optimizing production, controlling rolling speed and slowing the cooling speed, etc.
