黑液板式降膜蒸发器布液装置的研究

Study on the Liquor Distributor for Plate Type Falling Film Evaporator

对黑液板式降膜蒸发器中目前采用的布液装置和作者提出的均流板式布液装置作了研究，比较了两者的布液性能，分析了影响布液不均匀度的主要因素。研究表明，均流板式布液装置布液均匀、操作中无飞溅，性能优于目前工业使用装置。

Investigation was carried out to compare a new type liquid distributor, equiflow plate distributor which was developed recently by the authors with the conventional liquid distributor applied for the black liquid plate-type falling film evaporator.The effects of the feed flow rate and the liquid viscosity on flow uniformity were studied. Liquid distribution performances of both distributors were compared. Overall flow uniformity, flow unifomities across the width of the evaporator heating element and between the two sides of the evaporator heating element were measured. The results show that the performance of the newly developed equipflow plate distributor is better than that of the common used industrial distributor. The equipflow plate distributor is very adaptable, it can work in a wide operation range with good liquid distribution and avoiding liquid splashing in operation.
