摘要
对低速薄页纸机敞开式流浆箱多个结构方案的模拟研究结果表明,倾斜进浆可以改善堰池流态,有利于浆料中空气的排除,但角度以中等为宜;在应用阶梯扩散器布浆整流及堰池较短的敞开式流浆箱中没有必要使用插板;堰板收敛区前匀浆辊对敞开式流浆箱是必要的。设置后墙溢流可有效地排除堰池表面的泡沫及浮浆。本实验条件下,堰池长度以短堰、唇板收敛角以20°方案为佳。
After studying several structural designs of an open headbox for slow-speed tissue machine, it was found that it can improve the flow situation in the distributor and is of benefit to remove the air in the stock when the angle of step diffuser unit and bottom of headbox pond is of middle degree. It is not necessary to insert a rectifier board in an open headbox in which a rectangular tapered flow header with step diffusers as approach system has been installed. However, installing a rectifier roll before the slice is necessary. The foam and float stock can be efficiently removed when an overflow device is built at the back wall. Under the condition of the experiment ,the shortest length of the pond of headbox model and 20 degree of the angle of the slice lip are suggested as the best design.
