胡麻全秆漂白浆的抄造及成纸特性

Papermaking Characteristics of the Bleaching Pulps of Linum Usitatissimum Linn Whole Stalk

在胡麻全秆ＡＳ－ＡＱ浆漂白方法研究的基础上，与未漂浆相比，用常规分析方法及现代测试手段，对优选出的Ｈ、ＨＰ、ＣＥＨ（含ＣＥｏＨ、ＣＥｏｐＨ）３种漂白浆的打浆行为、抄造性能及成纸强度特性进行了探讨。

Comparision of beating,papermaking characteristics and resultant paper strength properties of the bleached pulps from Linum Usitatissimum linn whole stalk with H,HP and CEH bleaching sequences respectively were studied. The experimental results showed that the beating degree of unbleached pulp, H, HP and CEH bleached pulps increased rapidly without deteriorating the drainage property during beating. The water retention value(WRV)was linear with beating degree. The bleached pulps had higher swelling capability and could keep the strength properties as good as unbleached pulp. In terms of the properties such as density ,tensile,burst and tear indexes, the order HP>CEH>H was found. X-rays diffractograms and IR analyses indicated that the cellulose crystallinity increased in bleaching,the increasement order was HP>CEH>H.
