摘要
对大中型制浆造纸建设项目实施成功的管理,是众多新项目的管理者最为关心的。本文从国内最大的制浆造纸建设项目的成功管理中总结出一些经验,提出了一个较为科学合理的管理项目的组织形式,并对项目管理中的质量管理、进度监督、预算控制等进行了辩证的阐述。
Successful management of the middle and large modern pulp and paper construction projects is concerned about seriously by the managers of the projects. Management experiences of the largest pulp and paper construction project in China are summed up in this paper. A scientific management organization model is suggested. Quality control, projects supervision and budget control in project management are discussed dialectically.
