摘要
洪灾损失系列中存在较多的零项或等值项,在洪灾损失风险评估分析中,用常规的频率分析方法难以取得较好效果。据此本文提出两种处理力怯,即以Ⅱ型乘法分布配线法和条件系列 P-Ⅲ型分布配线法,对洪灾损失系列的线型拟合进行了探讨。最后以 CLJ 地区洪水淹没田亩数代表洪灾损失指标为实例,应用上述两种方法对洪灾损失进行频率分析,取得圆满的效果。
There are many zero or constant value terms in loss sequence of flood disaster.It's difficult to gain better results using conventional frequency analysis method in risk evaluation of flood damage.Accordingly.the two kinds of methods——fitting curve method of Multiple—Ⅱ distri- bution and Pearson Ⅲ distribution of conditional sequence are suggested for fitting the flood dam- age sequence.Finally.frequen()y curve of flood damage expre()ed by submerged acres in CL() area is fitted separately by the two methods.The results are satisfactory.
