通过对医药企业用人单位的问卷调查,收集用人单位近年来接纳和拟接纳本科中药专业毕业生信息,以及对中药专业学生素质的要求,从而预测今后几年本科中药专业学生就业趋势。

This paper was based on a questionnaire sent to pharmaceutical factories and corporations that employed or plan to employ graduates of Chinese pharmacy program so as to collect information about employment obtaining situations of those students, know about the requirements for them, and predict the employment obtaining trend in the next few years.
