摘要
从临床护理实习教学体系、教师角色、教学评价方面,对比分析了国内外研究现状,提出了要促使教师角色的自我完美,教学评价应充分考虑提供给教师的教学环境,并让教师参与评价,评价体系应体现动态性和发展性。
It analyzed the status quo of clinical nursing practice teaching research in contrast between China and in abroad from the aspects of teaching system, teacher's role, teaching evaluation of clinical nursing practice. And it put forward that one should promote the self-perfection of teacher's role and teaching evaluation should pay attention to teaching environment provided for teachers. Teachers themselves could participate evaluation and the evaluation system should be dynamic.
