基于EPA通信标准的OPC服务器的设计

Design of OPC Server Based on EPA Communication Standard

研究了OPC技术规范和数据访问规范,分析了OPC服务器的开发工具SmartOPC生成的程序结构。研究了工业以太网标准,编制了EPA标准的通信服务程序,利用SmartOPC开发了支持EPA通信标准的OPC服务器,实现了组态软件与EPA设备通过OPC服务的连接。用组态王软件作为OPC服务器的客户端验证了OPC服务器工作的正确性。

OPC technical specification and data access specification are studied and a development tool of OPC server called SmartOPC is analyzed.An industrial Ethernet standard Applied to industrial measurement and control system are studied, Communication service program based on EPA standard is designed,and an OPC server supporting EPA communication standard is developed by SmartOPC.The connection between configuration software and EPA devices by the OPC server is realized.The successful running of the OPC server is validated by software KINGVlEW which works as the client of the OPC server.
